I hope we can do that in Woke 2.6
Mandatory bluesky account... ewww.
I mean your argument are entirely predicated on "free market behavior are not a problem", therefore "lightening cabel is not a problem". This is essentially the question you posed in your third paragraph is trying to convey.
However, "free market behavior are not a problem" is the thesis you are trying to prove, so you cannot use that as a premise to defend "lightening cabel is not a problem". It i a circular argument.
To demonstrate that lightening cabel is not a problem, you will need to show that the world is, in general, not better off by switching lightening to USB-C.
Also codeberg did not have a clear cut "no AI policy" (yet). The current informal policy only explicitly forbid project when the AI use causes significant storage cost, abnormal development pattern, or only exist to facilitate LLM usage.
For example, I think small AI experiment on mostly hand written codebase or AI validation of handwritten code are still allowed on codeberg.
Let's do lightening cable, a terribly outdated port that keeps producing ewastes for many years, simply because apple can make money from it. It is only replaced by USB-C after EU passed a law requiring USB-C.
So, I wonder why is lightening cabel a problem created by government regulation?
I am sorry, Bing?!?

It is a great victory, but I feel it is gonna be a hard two years. I hope dem can end blantant corruption by Trump, which is very doable, but they will have a hard time fixing all the shit show that is going on, from AI bubble to oil prices.
If people don't see legitimate economical improvements (which is unlikely given the current global situation) the next president election likely will not be as clear cut as this one.
Disclaimer: I am not suggesting other issues are less important than economics, but we have seen time and time again: voters care more about gas price up 50 cents than elementary schools being bombed.
That is socialism, but close enough 😆
I have been browsing piefed for 20mins and already see 3 huge layoff news, WTF is happening?!
