Rape is a civilized Latin word to discuss a vulgar act in public.
We need a proper vulgar Germanic word to label and point out the vulgar act which is why people use "fucking", to drive home that the act is vulgar with vulgarity.
Also there aren't many if any uses of the verb fucking with the word children that are not rape so it isn't necessary to specify rape.
Well, they don't care about the overwhelmingly negative response they've gotten, hopefully they'll care about the price tag for this court case and the tone it sets for the judgement at the next court case.
Have to wonder if this judgement was influenced at all by Google's decision to block third party app stores?
