That is what's technically known in the industry as a "cuddle handle".

When you're next to them at night, it is literally the perfect thing to pop your hand on and appreciate the fantastic person in front of you.

I had a Rover 25 and it's one of the best cars I've ever driven, in it's most literal sense.

The input was so direct, the car was so responsive, and the car did whatever you told it to do even if most modern software would have smoothed out steering or pedal inputs.

For the Linux fans amongst us, it was like driving but everything you did was prefaced with sudo .

Unfortunately, it died due to a common head gasket issue, but that was one of the purest driving experiences I've ever had.

    Why aren't you?

Nah seriously, horses for courses. I love a lie in, but then I enjoy making the most of a city I'll probably never see again. So long as people head home enriched and happier, it's a good holiday.

Champagne is one of the few drinks that generally fucks me.

I can have nine or ten pints in a night and feel rubbish but function the following day. I can have a bottle or two of sparkling wine and feel like shit for the following morning, but still function.

Two glasses of champers and I am literally doubled over with a bastard of a hangover the following day.

I was lucky enough to visit Bletchley Park when I was heading daaan saaarf , and it was brilliant. The Turing exhibit was fantastic fair play.

His defence to the charge of homosexuality was basically "I've done nothing wrong", and that's pretty fuckin nails.

Ah yes, I remember you from earlier in the week! How are you doing?

The end of relationships suuuuck. Everyone deals with it differently. Whatever you're feeling is valid, but there's a time to recognise negativity and use it to focus on bettering yourself.

You can do this. The pain will get less intense every day.

    Fingers crossed for you sista!

  • Link handling (feddit.uk)

Any chance the way in which links are handled could be amended? I've not seen the Summit design docs but it appears as though when a user clicks a link, a dialog box appears and the app tries to preview the link, before the user can continue onwards.

In this instance, it would appear that the preview call has failed in some fashion, and does not allow the user to proceed with either copying or opening the link - both buttons are unresponsive.

Any chance the previewing can be interrupted with a "Open Anyway" or "Force Open" button, with perhaps a first-time-only warning stating that only trusted links should be blindly opened?

    Cheers!
