You have to do it far enough back for them to process it. Or just ring your bell and let them choose. Headphones always get a repeated bell.

If your going too fast for that to work, then you are going too fast, slow down around other people if there isn't space.

why do I try complicated things.......

I don't know how to do things in the background, should have planned it out more (or kept it simpler?)

Hex is the Unseen Universities thinking engine, it runs on ants, is powered by a waterwheel covered in male sheep skulls, and stops working if you don't feed the mouse cheese.

    GNU Terry Pratchett

    Inktober Day 14 - Lady (files.nighed.xyz)

I DID trace this, not a chance of having it be recognisable otherwise.

Should have possibly gone for solid colour instead of shading. Not sure how to get a reflective look, I assume I would have to do highlights in white?

I fixed my undo issue! krita has 3/4 finger taps as undo/redo and apparently the side of my little finger looks like 3 fingers... who came up with that default!?!

    Inktober Day 4: Cactus (files.nighed.xyz)

tried mostly doing block colours instead of anything with shading. Going over the edges at the end with a wider black pen definitely works.

Moved the colour/tool picker which solved the random tool changes, still getting issues with it randomly undoing when I press the screen though? REALLY annoying when it removes the layer you just created.....

    Inktober Day 3: Miniature (files.nighed.xyz)

Originally meant to do it in a snow globe, but couldn't get perspective or glass right. Did this to try and show it as being smaller than a pencil, but I don't think it worked....

my first real go at trying digital art, I have a pen for my laptop but never really used it. not sure I entirely like it, palm rejection was awful and it kept changing implements because I think my palm was touching the selection area, might need to rejig things. (Krita)

I think going over the lines again with a stronger, thicker brush might help give it more structure and hide the shading gaps?

I'm going to need to do a tutorial if I keep this up.....
