While I agree with the point you are making I just want to point out that neither the USSR nor China ever were first world countries. That term merely defines a countries' relationship with and position to Nato and the Warsaw pact members and has nothing to do with economic output or the development index. 1st world means being Nato aligned, 2nd world means Warsaw pact/USSR aligned and 3rd world were the unaligned countries. Sweden was technically a third world country in the cold war.

Just go to the right places and you will see that many people are pro gun ownership.

"Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun" Mao Zedong

It is currently almost impossible for me to legally own a weapon in my country due to me being diagnosed with depression but if I was mentally more stable and didn't have those legal issues I would probably already have my licence.

The duration really makes the difference here. I went to school in a tshirt at - 5°C several times because I wasnt outside for mor than five minutes in one go. But I really felt it when my train got cancelled one time and I had to wait 45 minutes in the shade for the next one.

Wind and humidity also play a big role. I am fairly cold resistant but as soon as you add wind to the equation thin single linen or cotton layers become inadequate for the occasion.

So you have no problems with slave labour because the suffering already happened when you buy its products? What about a video of a rape? The rape already happened so it won't cause further suffering getting off to it.

How hard is it to understand that these animals get tortured and murdered for your consumption and you don't just happen to come upon a corpse accidentally. Your consumption drives the production.

So I got a VR headset today and while trying to make it work on my pc I did some messing around in the UEFI settings. In my unending wit I accidentally seem to have disabled my GPU because I misread what the setting would do. I am an absolute noob in all matters computer and so am at a loss about what I have to do to make my pc work correctly again. Any help will be welcome.
