It was a Tiktok trend I believe. It's basically just pork dumplings but instead of wrapped filling and pinched you just press the wonton on top. Makes for a quicker end product when your not skilled at wrapping dumplings.

Bang bang tofu with an Asian coleslaw. Used a few different recipes.
