Past experiences can help you tell when a new experience is special.

I didn’t realy remembering ever just like actually appreciating the moment.
The best moment to regularly start doing that hast passed, but the second best moment is right now. It really helps to regularly stop, look around, take inventory and think about the things in your life that make you happy right now.
Because this moment right now will also one day be part of "the good old time" and that's how it will continue until the end.
or maybe... sometime in the future... after you get through the tough times, you look back and appreciate what you have experienced, what you have learned, or new relationships you made along the way.
Stay positive, try improving yourself. Things around you might change when you start changing yourself.
It definitely is challenging...

But also, you still aren't enjoying the good times you are having now. You are too busy yearning for the past. I don't have answers really. I have the same problem. I try to practice being grateful. It might sound corny but it helps level my head sometimes. I looked into meditation, Buddha and eastern practices, but your results may vary.
Mindfulness and being intentional go a long way in helping with this. You're probably in or around moments right now that you're going to look back and think the very same thing. I have to force myself to notice that.
You can build new things. Valuable things. Restore relationships or create something new. And these new things will be what you want to cherish. The only constant is that everything changes.
Do what you can now and savor it while you have it. Then build something again and cherish that as well.
You may not be able to fix the past, but you can amend it and build something worthwhile. Or, of course, create something brand new entirely.
