By the time I figured out who I was, I was someone else entirely.

Its repetition. Doing the same shit over and over makes time merge and rush in unmanageable ways.

It's all about the moments worth living for. Snuggle with your cat? Play with the pupper? Something else you love?

Those are the good times at any age.

GET πŸ‘ EVENING πŸ‘ HOBBIES πŸ‘

Something that challenges you every day, where you can learn things and develop yourself.

Time goes a lot slower when you're watching yourself progress

If your brain soup allows it, enjoy each day for what it gives. Find joy in living, in positive experiences. There will always be negative things to focus on. The older you get, the more negatives there are, because in addition to all the bullshit life throws at you, your body starts betraying you too. But there are good things to be had, to be experienced, every day.

In the words of Emily in Don Hertzfelt's World of Tomorrow, "Live well and live broadly. You are alive and living now. Now is the envy of all of the dead."
