A surveillance state complaining about consumer level spy tech? The irony is too much.

I thought we were going with perv-glasses?
Two wrongs don’t make a right.
Emptying the barrel makes the most noise.
Yes yes, I’m American . That’s how we roll.
I keep my arms lubed with the blood of fascists and haters.
Amerkkka is no longer the dominant force over here. We’ve started taking her back.
That’s a great idiom- can I ask if you came up with it, translated it, or encountered it natively in English?
Users and makerswill ironically plead that it is their freedom that is being invaded.
does Britan not give it's citizens the right to record law enforcement without the pig knowing?
You understand why they're known as pervert glasses? If not the difference between people knowing that they're being filmed, and by whom and to be able to walk away vs no consent at all.
you can cut a $20 phone small enough to fit in a shirt pocket, I don't particularly understand why the multi hundred dollar device that is significantly more obvious is making news
Hmm... Why would the covert device which is always connected to the world's foremost fascism supporting and privacy violating corporation, which has no qualms about fake sexualised videos, be viewed as problematic to society?
You're putting forward the idea that the perv glasses are about individual autonomy but the reality is they're an extension of Meta's apparatus, not the individual's. Meta will side with the pigs in any legal dispute and your recordings may just magically disappear.
The right to privacy isn't a cut and dry idea and the technology to violate it obviously exists. But that doesn't mean we need to roll over and accept any and all violations of privacy, normalise it, and especially chilling allow the viewing and manipulation of any and all recordings by a single central authority.
But flock cameras and Cctv is fine. Cameras and microphones in consumer electronics is totally fine...
