Jeffrey Epstein besty Mark Zuckerberg will keep protecting his friends & their filth as much as he can. Meta and their platforms haven proven a proven to be powerful tools for pedos around the world, we need to fight them wherever, however we can, until we stop them.

DeMeta with others now!

This is about muddying the water.

Allowing fakes like this to circulate helps support doubt about evidence and credible accusations against abusers. In the post Epstein era the diddler class has adapted to flooding the internet with bullshit rather than just trying to cover everything up.

Misuse/abuse of AI tools helps them sow doubt and mistrust. The ready availability and general subsidy of AI forgeries is hugely beneficial to authoritarianism in general.

If you continue to use and support Meta products, you directly support this.

Their review system is largely ceremonial. It’s designed to get people to vent into a void and calm down instead of calling a congressman, lawyer, etc. Facebook has zero intention of chasing away pedophiles.

I don't use the platform but still have a presence so I can be contacted there. But half the messages I receive are unsolicited porn spam. Kids are getting that shit pushed to them!

This is true. But you have to balance out how much you care about following specific people. My friend was dying of cancer, and she posted to FaceBook and I wanted to keep up. It was her preferred way of maintaining contact. Would you have told her to switch to something else?

She passed away a couple months ago. So maybe you're right that now would be a good time to cancel the account.

Facebook has no intention of doing...anything about its issues.

For instance, I've tried reporting ads and everytime I clicked on 'report ad' guess what? It throws an error and I'm informed it'll be fixed 'very soon'. Well, that 'very soon' mind as well be 'eternally soon' because it never will be fixed.

You know, this might not be for the worst.

People really need to get used to the idea that everything you see online, and especially on Facebook is fake. Maybe it's for the best if they don't moderate things well enough to let people pretend otherwise.

And the people who's lives it ruins along the way are just collateral. No need to worry about them.

    I'm not saying it's great.

I just don't see this ending without a bunch of people having their lives ruined, so whatever we can do to pull the bandaid off faster is the best we can hope for.

It's probably drawing people that watch ads and bring revenue, so it would be bad to remove them.

Excellent news for the targets. Meta has the bank account to pay out one hell of a defamation case. Just need some direct proof it's false, and direct proof they refuse to take down the lies and that's such an easy case.

TikTok had those too. Could still do. It’s extremely creepy and just reminds me of accounts of grooming I’ve read. Very upsetting that this is being promoted and allowed.

The message they're giving users who report is "You don't matter."

But it wasn’t until it was contacted by a journalist that Meta backtracked on its initial assessment that the pages didn’t violate its policies, a lapse that raises serious concerns about the company’s moderation practices and the effectiveness of the reporting policies available to everyday users. Why was this content held to a different standard when it was raised by a reporter, and not when it was flagged through official Facebook channels by a normal account holder?
