I've been in a car with people where I've had to point out to them pedestrians, cyclists, motorcycles, and other vehicles.

I've been merged into like I wasn't even there on multiple occasions (extremely terrifying on a bicycle).

People are bad at measuring distance while moving at speed. And their situational awareness very often leaves much to be desired. But this (while a novel approach) is a terrible idea.

The idea is to highlight them on the road so they are harder to miss (I assume).

    Edit:

Gadgets and Wearables notes that the early code suggests that Waze will be able to leverage Garmin’s LiveTrack location data to show nearby drivers where cyclists are, presumably to help drivers look out for cyclists along their route.

It's more than just V for Vendetta. Anonymous chose the Guy Fawkes mask from the movie V for Vendetta both because it was available and because it represented their activism efforts.

    (1) No person shall drive a motor vehicle at such a slow speed as to impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic except when reduced speed is necessary for safe operation or in compliance with law: PROVIDED, That a person following a vehicle driving at less than the legal maximum speed and desiring to pass such vehicle may exceed the speed limit, subject to the provisions of RCW 46.61.120 on highways having only one lane of traffic in each direction, at only such a speed and for only such a distance as is necessary to complete the pass with a reasonable margin of safety.

Here's my problem with what you say according to WA state law.

A bicycle can't travel with the flow of traffic at a normal rate of speed or posted speed limit for a single lane highway. This means that a driver would be required to safety pass them. You are required by law to give them a minimum of 3 foot of passing space which isn't necessarily possible if they are travelling in the lane in front of you on a two lane highway (especially in no passing zones) but it's still illegal to impede the flow of traffic.

You can be ticketed for impeding the flow of traffic on a highway. There's also no way to really yield to allow other drivers to pass said slow moving vehicle.

Your quick search also ignores that local laws are allowed to further curtail such use by bicycles and to enact further laws to provide minimum speed limits.

When you add to this that interstate highways very often have minimum speed limits I have a lot for questions about how legal such a thing would hold up in court.

I personally (as someone who does cycle) would never attempt to ride a bicycle on a highway.

This is the kind of thing that could only be successful in a place like America where the privacy walls aren't properly designed because somehow it's cheaper that way.

Who is this campaign even for? Who honestly believes this? Like. It's too late, Russia. The cat is out of the bag. Nobody trusts you. This propaganda campaign doesn't even make sense if we're assuming it's for the Russian people.

I run a pihole and use ublock origin in my browser so this normally doesn't come up. But I'll be traveling for about a week and would like to use Adguard (which I pay for) on my bazzite system. I tried following the instructions on adguard's website but when I run the command in terminal I get a message saying the bash command is not found. I assume this is because generally bazzite doesn't run bash commands.

I'd like a detailed explanation of how to get this running if anyone has it, or a guide I can follow.

    Thank you in advance.

I have been able to see online that the problem I am having is a known one where the Firefox flatpak needs version 23.06 ffmpeg-full as a dependency.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get this working and as a result Firefox audio stutters significantly on every website no matter what settings I change or what extensions I turn on and off.

I at first assumed this was a problem with my extensions and went through a pretty hefty troubleshooting session that got me pretty much nowhere.

I have attempted to install the proper codecs via the terminal and the system says those codecs are already installed.

I'm at a loss here. If anyone knows an answer or at least an avenue to help me get this solved, I'm all ears.
