I think there are several things to notice on that insane number of lost personnel.
First it's by far a new record, beating the old record with about 300 personnel or 14%.
I think this must be a result of the stealth mobilization that has been going on in Russia.
And finally it's worth noticing the numbers for equipment does not at all compare, and are way lower than average.
It looks like the Russians are getting their asses seriously kicked!
