A one-time button for only one person at a time. If you press it, someone you don't know will die, but you will receive ten million dollars.

Then the button moves on to the next person. Someone you don't know.

    That would fast lead to humanity extinction. There are also people risking a 50/50 chance

    I'm not an authority on the story, but I interpreted it to mean that those who reject the button/refuse to press it are not eligible to be killed by it. The first person to use the button might kill a random person (although I like to think that it just doesn't take a life then), but after that, it just kills the previous button presser.

    Ahhh, got it. Well then someone would press the button and use as much of his money as needed to find the next person that is supposed to press it. And right in the moment kills this person and stops the game forever.

    Still, would be a really terrible feature
