As I see, new murican blues are not deep blue, they are far more red than even center in most of Europe, and are super far from being actual lefties or libs... yes, they are not really blue, not to say any green. But that's still best on the table. And I bet, even if blue or blueish murican politics have no big love to queer folks, they won't kill anyone or hunt... they may cut funding and foundations, support, some may even limit medicaments, bad, but that's still super far "better" (as less fucked) than hunting and raping and killing.
