thats crazy how you boast about being a social worker helping the unhoused when youre sitting here demeaning an unhoused person recieving services to get on their feet. what people are saying is they think its not a waste of millions to billions of dollars, hundreds to thousands of hours, and innumerable energy exhausted to try and prop up candidates, policies, and all the infrastructure for electoralism that would easily be significantly more effective focused elsewhere. such as fucking taking over abandoned structures to allow people easier access to housing and tearing up asphalt to plant food because systemic food scarcity is already approaching. while yall were wasting your time filling ballots i used my time to plant food and destroy invasive plants

Hey, everyone, pack it up. It only took them 15 minutes to vote, so everyone else's experience must be just like that. There's no way that voting works differently for other people, in other states, that have different systems.

Oh hey, welcome to the conversation, and that's not what I said at all. Other bro accused me of "wasting my time voting" when instead they think I should be digging up asphalt. I just wanted to communicate that I had plenty time to both vote and dig up asphalt

your 15 minute vote was endorsing the hours upon hours spent putting up the things you voted on, the policies that made it to that ballot, the politicians, that got well known enough to get on it, and the people maintaining the voting booths/ballot drop boxes.
