He means more to me than I thought.

I was raised in an abusive home, and Star Trek TNG was one of my few escapes. I remember wanting to be like Captain Picard when I grew up. Confident, kind, direct, capable, and loving.

I don't know if I'm there yet. But I'm trying.

I already miss you. So very much.

Would you mind sharing what he meant/means to you? I think reading your words will help.

Nothing really. I grew up with always knowing who he was, even if I didn't watch Star Trek. He was a great Professor X.

He just seemed like a cool, nice dude. I enjoyed just hearing him talk. RIP.
