This is what you're achieving by braindead infighting.

They spent decades and trillions of dollars on making sure Americans can't unite. Looks like the investment paid off.

It's not infighting, neo-liberals are conservatives, they're not the left as they're portrayed to be in news and media. The gulf of ideology between a leftist and neo-liberal is huge.

"it's your fault that you didn't vote for us to kill your loved ones, what idiots, you deserve them killing your loved ones"

    Braindead liberals.

  • They have a rot in their brain that if you're not voting for them you're voting for the other guy because somehow that's how voting works. Despite the fact that the majority of the USA voting does not matter because of how the voting system is presently setup. I can vote Democrat until I explode but it won't make a difference I'm deep in MAGA state.

While I agree with the sentiment, protest non-voting is already tantamount to infighting. This comment is just pointing fingers to set blame on another, which is stupid. But at the same time, calling for protest non-voters to unify with the rest of us should be the goal. That is the opposite of infighting. That's not exactly what OP was doing, but that is the remedy.

No. They were pointing fingers at, shaming the other side, and/or blaming it for the problems.

There's nothing whatsoever about unity in that message, and that's the problem.

    Me: vote.

You: stop telling people to vote! (Or whatever that was.)

    Unreal.

    Me: stop infighting.

You: absolutely not. I hate people who slightly disagree with me more than the elites. (Or whatever that was.)

For someone who is allegedly concerned with unification, your ad hominem sure is shittier than the one you were responding to.

Leave the stewardship of your cause to people who are actually good at it. Unless that was the point, in which case, carry on.

I don't unite with dipshits that shame their democracy and the people that died for it by not voting. They are stupid and I don't associate with stupid people.
