Some personal updates
I don't plan on completely quitting alcohol, but have managed to tone it down quite a lot. I now only drink on the weekends, only in the evenings, and up to 2 drinks.
Also, it's been about 7 months of no smoking for me. (I do use some nicotine pouches every once in a while though.)
