Firstly i admit i am clueless in plants so treat this 45 years old man like a kid when you explain stuff,

I get this last year she was getting bigger rapidly but was nice for the past 8 months. suddenly this middle big stem came from ground and started dying, yellow to brown leafs, i cut the first top part, then the lower leaves started turning brown and dead so my dad cut it like this.

I water it every two to three weeks with cup of human drinking water, or by touching the soil to see if its dry then i water it.

Indeed! I'd move it nearer a window and see if that helps

You also need to check whether the soil underneath is waterlogged as that will rot the roots even if the surface layer is dry. Once the roots turn to mush it won't draw water and will begin to droop as it's thirsty. I over-watered a lot of plants before realising this!
