Those are great! There's even a new one out, called kuru toga dive. It rotates the tip the same way as this version but also keeps the lead a the same length by mechanically pushing it forward ever so slightly every time the pen is pushed onto the paper. I was gifted one and really like it - they cost a fortune though

Depends on what you define as "flour"...I bake my own gluten free bread, it's made of equal parts buckwheat flour, cornstarch, wholegrain rice flour and a half part linseed flour + a ton of fiber husk. It does contain starch but for me this is balanced out by the other ingredients. I also like to make some " viking-bread" which ist mostly made of oats, seeds and nuts (no flour). Both are very tasty and do require some time for poofing/ chilling the dough whilst otherwise being fairly easy to make

I don't know about wether you can take it like this or not but i do know that you can buy empty capsules for filling them with your own supplements or whatever, maybe these could help with your GI-issues

I had the same Problem bit with loose tea containing very small peaces. Got a thingy with lasered holes, these are much smaller so no more stuff in my tea Edit: it looks like a tiny cup, you put it in you cup and it stays in place with little wings

Well...you might want to inform yourself about what a nursing job requires (here's some of the information you might find: high stress yes, working in shifts that are compromising work/life balance yes, work that requires a lot of lifting heavy things- yes...people who believe your sentiments are the problem - yes)

I might want to add, "hope that your baseline improves " is a very good way of expressing well wishes to someone where you know that "get well soon" is just not the right way for someone with a chronic disease that doesn't get much or any better soon!!! Love it, will steal this ^^

Yeah I mean...fatigue sucks. Like, as a symptom caused by the flu or sth. Chronic fatigue has to suck even more, like any acute illness that becomes chronic. And I yes, there is Post Covid type ME/CFS than also goes along with chronic fatigue as well as PME (and other debilitating symptoms such as severe pain etc.,). So not just PME. At least this is the way our specialist frames it/ named it. But maybe there is a translation issue/ language barrier, no native speaker here. Luckily I am just blessed with some rather annoying but mostly livable chronic diseases...but it hit my significant other, so that's why I asked in the first place about the medication, hoping for some hints about possible options...thank you for your well wishing :-)

There's experimental meds for fatigue due to long covid? Would you feel comfortable sharing wahr this medication is? I sincerely hope that those meds work for u!!! Fatigue is... tiring (ba-dumz). But honestly, I think fatigue is such an underrated symptom that so many people don't understand...
