A test if edits to this post and the comments will federate to my instance.

Edit: this is an edit

Edit 2: Everything seems to be working

Edit 3: Nope, none of the "Edit 2" edits (post and comments) federated to my instance. See: https://piefed.kobel.fyi/c/playground/p/62217/test-for-edit-federation

It would be nice to be able to set the default comment sort (Hot, Top, New) in settings. A dropdown similar to the post sort setting would be ideal.

Just testing things, please ignore or vote anyway. Do as you like :)

Post to federate this community across the Forumverse / Threadiverse. Sorry it's not a poll.

The bars where a little too bright, thus the vote percentages weren't well readable. I changed the background of the bars to a darker grey with this line of css:

.post_poll ul li .vote_bar .vote_score { background-color: #333 }

I've created !polls@piefed.social. Normally I would go to the big community promo communities on Lemmy and promote it there. But, since this is a polls community and Lemmy doesn't support polls yet, the community is completely empty when viewed from Lemmy.

I don't really know where else I could go to tell people that this community exists. I hope it's okay to post it here.

Hi and welcome to this new community!

Ask anything in the form of a poll. This community utilizes PieFed's native poll feature. Other posts (text, link, image, video) will be removed.

Please don't use up- and downvotes to cast your vote in a poll.

Hi, I signed up yesterday and checked a lot of boxes on the interests page during sign up, not realizing that I would be subscribed to a lot of communities by doing so.

Can I somehow reset my subscriptions and start over on this account?
