In my work, for years they didn't knew I'm vegan (granted, i work mostly remotely and go to the office one or two weeks every few months, as its in a different city), but once i mentioned why i didn't grab x item from the cafeteria menu, and just the lentils, i casually mentioned it.

Now, for some reason, that person that i was with is the one that mention to everyone in almost every conversation that im vegan, almost unprompted, when for some reason somebody is discussing about food.

I know that the coworker hasn't been a dick and showed interest when making questions and all, but i don't really understand why it has to announce that Im vegan if i haven't do it nor pushed my views onto others coworkers

I have fallen asleep in other circumstances like the cinema, watching tv with my wife, etc.

I haven't completely fallen asleep on a speech but I have been close, when I was in college there was some talks/speeches and I had to battle to keep my eyes open, and I couldn't stop yawning, but won the battle and didn't fall.

my girlfriend-now-wife wasn't amused with my victory and said something like I was yawning too much and I should have showed more respect to this special invited speaker from somewhere I don't remember...

hey! been using the app this week and is being great so far, but one point that irks me is if I'm in the notifications section and press the back button, I expect to go back to the feed or previous section I was, but it just closes the app and I have to see my reflection on the screen.

the other things I think has been mentioned, like, support for more piefed settings like polls and the like

    thanks for this app!

oh, I'm baffled and shocked, it appears that the new generations, that have no place to live, earns like shit and have no true career paths, don't want to bring a child to a world that seems to be every day worse... (and I said this as a person that lives and work outside of the US).

My country is accepting immigrants because usually they bring childs or have childs so the process to stay is way easier as the child would be from our country nationality, as the people from here also aren't having children per the high cost of living and low paying jobs.

I have a good job with a good pay, and even I, that have a wife, don't consider having children, as we rent because it's impossible to buy a home, and we don't see how we could really support having children and giving it a good life...
