He has mostly used these buttons for personal gain with some expertly timed trades preceding new tariff announcements and some great trades around Iran war announcements. To echo the collective ethos of one of the most corrupt countries in the world, “wouldn’t you do the same if you had that kind of power?” No, a lot of Americans would not use their power to profit off of the suffering of others.

I can only hope that this isn’t just the AI bubble bursting (who better to orchestrate a soft landing than democrats). I hope that this is the MAGA bubble bursting.

Really cool! I only ever have the chance to see rattlesnakes but they’re rare and I’m happy to have never encountered one. Also a ton of garter snakes which I love.

Normally I hate to take media like this too seriously, but if it’s going to be seen as a legitimate social commentary it’s right to point out its flaws. This comment is spot on. Blaming genetics for the decline of civilization is exactly eugenics.

I made a project that hacks a cheap pan tilt head allowing it to be programmed externally to its stock controller.

I believe this would be useful for composite photography and astrophotography on the right hands, so I’m sharing it here for this group (and other photography communities).
