She tried to run for the house of Rep as a Republican in my district.

Even the republicans can't stand her and she lost.

Then she threw a hissy fit. I'm think I remember a lawsuit and accusation about vote rigging. She is a really wack a doodle. Kind of reminds me of a lobotomized kardashian.

The only thing that kept her afloat was trump loves a good verbal blowjob and she was willing to oblige.

Now it looks like even he is done with her. Just another corpse tossed onto the pile with all the ex wives, prostitutes, and rape victims.

As artificial intelligence (AI) systems are increasingly used for everyday advice and guidance, concerns have emerged about sycophancy: the tendency of AI-based large language models to excessively agree with, flatter, or validate users. Although prior work has shown that sycophancy carries risks for groups who are already vulnerable to manipulation or delusion, syncophancy’s effects on the general population’s judgments and behaviors remain unknown. Here, we show that sycophancy is widespread in leading AI systems and has harmful effects on users’ social judgments.

CORVALLIS, Ore. – University students with traits coveted in STEM fields are also the ones most prone to relying on artificial intelligence to the detriment of their cognitive skills, according to a new study by scientists at Oregon State University.Researchers in OSU’s colleges of Engineering and Liberal Arts offer suggestions for breaking what they call “the self-reinforcing cognitive debt cycle” stemming from routine AI dependence.

Studies synthesizing the evidence for AI in education are themselves unreliable — and the peer-review process failed to catch the problems.

“This is not trustworthy evidence,” said Justin Reich, an associate professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the director of MIT’s Teaching Systems Lab, who hosted a webinar on Oct. 20 to discuss the problem of the growing number of positive AI meta-analyses. “All of these meta-analyses are flawed.”

A forensic audit of 14 of the 39 meta-analyses has found serious conceptual and statistical flaws. Appearing in journals by prominent publishers, including Springer Nature, Wiley, SAGE and Taylor & Francis, these 14 papers have accumulated more than 3,000 citations and continue to rack up 200 citations a month, according to Google Scholar — implying that AI’s effectiveness is settled science. One meta-analysis has been retracted, almost a year after its May 2025 publication in a Nature journal after two Norwegian scholars lodged a complaint.

The new audit was conducted by Patrick O’Neill, a community college professor at the Bloomington, Indiana, campus of Ivy Tech, who examined a sample of the underlying studies and the statistical methods used to combine their results in meta-analyses. O’Neill found recurring patterns of errors, some of which he said could easily have been detected just by reading the study abstracts.

It's a MacBook Air with an M4 chip.

This ai stuff has gotten ridiculous. I didn't ask for this and don't want it. I want my 32 gig of storage back.

Edit: Found the instructions. Man is it complicated. They really don't want you to turn off this monster.

Back in the day a group of people decided to capture the stories and wisdom of the Appalachian Mountains. The results was a series of books that make for some good reading. It was never intended as collapse lit. But it shows how things use to be done so you might be interested. All the books should be available in the library systems.

Sen. Darline Graham announces she's running for a full term in her late brother Lindsey Graham's Senate seat.

Sen. Darline Graham said Monday she’s running for a full term to replace her late brother Lindsey Graham’s Senate seat.

“I’ve made a decision,” Darline Graham told Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity, according to a clip released of an interview set to air later Monday. “I’m in.”

The entrance of Darline Graham — sworn in last week to fulfill the remaining months of her late brother’s term, which expires in January — into the Republican scramble to select a new Senate nominee further complicates an already rushed process following Lindsey Graham ‘s death earlier this month.

A weeklong filing period opens Tuesday for the special Republican primary, which will be Aug. 11. On Friday, President Donald Trump said that Darline Graham had his “Complete and Total Endorsement” to seek the nomination, adding, “RUN, DARLINE, RUN!”

Tulsi Gabbard's brother was arrested and charged after he allegedly tried to lure several children to his Waikiki hotel room on Sunday.

The older brother of former Hawaii Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard was arrested and charged after he allegedly tried to lure several children to his Waikiki hotel room on Sunday.

The suspect, 55-year-old Batarti Gabbard, was charged on Friday, July 17, 2026, in connection to the "stranger danger" incident that occurred at a hotel in Waikiki on Sunday afternoon, July 12.

The Honolulu Police Department (HPD) said that at 2 p.m. on Sunday, the suspect approached several children, including a 9-year-old boy, at a pool area of a Waikiki hotel. He allegedly offered them gum and money to get them to join him in his hotel room.

Anyone out there with real medical knowledge, or industrial hygiene knowledge, of how much heat a human and their society can take before people just die and society crumbles?

Because looking at the situation from the USA, things are looking grim in India. Severe weather about to get worse and the closure of the straits of hormuz means less power for Air conditioning, no pumped water and no way to handle sewage. All this in a country with lethal air quality levels.

Better yet, is anyone on this site actually there, and have some ground truth they are willing to share.

How much heat can we take before things fall apart and we just die.

I'm not looking for a political discussion, or doomer porn, this is more of a concern for humanity question.

US president says he is pausing US effort to guide stranded vessels out of the strait of Hormuz but blockade remains.

Really what happened is he restarted the war and almost lost a destroyer. Also Iran still says they aren't talking to the USA. It's just another pump and dump for the stock market.
