I forgot to format the drive when I got it. Formatting from exfat to ext4 fixed it, thanks!
Oh no. I'm sorry to hear that. Thats good it hasn't developed into AIDS yet. I agree, giving up the cat or euthanizing isn't an option for me either. Hopefully he doesn't feel too bad and can live a happy life.
Thank you! And yes, he is still grumpy, but he is feeling better.
Thats good! I hope it goes well
I would definitely get a full dental exam. We had another cat who also had chronic inflammation of his gums which caused them to bleed often. Similar to what you experienced, we found blood on his mouth and the walls cuz he would shake his head. He ended up getting some teeth removed and didn't have any issues after that. And as for the bad breath, that usually is an indicator of bad teeth hygiene, cavities or possibly rotting teeth. They can even have broken teeth that food gets stuck in which causes issues. I hope they can find the issue and fix it!
I'm sorry to hear about your cat. I agree that pet insurance is a good option. This is my brothers cat and unfortunately he struggles to pay his own bills and I know he won't consider getting pet insurance.. And I appreciate you sending what you can.
There are pictures of him on the site, but I realize now I probably should have got more pics of him and posted on here. I've never done this before and wasn't sure how best to ask for help. But seeing how ppl don't like my post I realize I could have done it better. Thank you for your tips.
We can't have anything anymore huh...
Can you provide further information so more people can decide to boycott them too?
That sounds like it would be useful. I'll check it out. Thanks for the tip!
I had to look up a guide for how to manually partition the drive, but it's working! And it didn't affect my other drives. Thanks.
Thanks! Thats very helpful. I wasn't aware that software existed.
