I think octocopters like that can often handle 1 motor failure. The one above/below it will just have to spin a bit faster.
Likely loads of other single points of failure though.

I think some form of limit aware speed chime or warning is required on new cars sold in the EU. Having driven a few, I would not want to trust that technology to slow the car down.
Many times I have had a carβs camera pick up a speed limit sign from a neighbouring road to the highway and indicate that I was suddenly going 60 km/h over the new speed limit. Same thing if GPS tracking or map data isnβt perfect on cars that use that instead.

From what I understand the polished limestone is accurate for many pyramids, but the gold pyramidion seems to be more of an edge case on some smaller pyramids.
A gold top wouldnβt even be visible from the ground on a large polished white pyramid.
CarPlay/Android Auto doesnβt require a modem in the car. Your phone already has a modem in it.
