It was a joke that you seemed to take very seriously. The pun of the joke was that since Sweden and Finland have been rivals for centuries, ranging from wars, to sports, it would be rather awkward for a Swedish person to live in Finland. I know that this is not true, I'm fully aware that both countries have thousands of people living in the other country and that generally speaking, this is not an issue.
