I never understood graphic designers absolute disdain for the scrollbar. It's so useful to see at a glance how far into a document you are. Even most PC web browsers now hide it unless you mouse over it as if it was some embarrassing necessity they don't want to admit is still useful.

Two paragraphs talking about how great you feel about finally getting on the World Wide Web. Include as many typos as possible.

A dozen links to other websites (make sure at most only 2 of them actually work).

Excessive use of the BLINK tag in titles.

Copy and paste some random Ascii art but make sure not to use the right font so nothing aligns properly.

    Real Audio music files.

Best: Tractor engine idling. It's a nice consistent low rumble that you can feel in the ground even when it's not that loud. Like being rocked to sleep.

Worst: Somebody building a deck or house nearby. Just when you think the random hammers and nail-guns might be over the racket starts up again. Impossible to sleep through.

It's an ancient symbol used in a number of religions with varied meanings. In uni-code it follows the crystal ball emoji 🔮 so I think it was likely just included as a common spiritual symbol many people might want to use.

Nothing wrong with preferring multiplayer games. If your problem is that there are single player games that you really want to enjoy but can't concentrate on for very long then perhaps you should look into attention deficit treatments.

Audacious is my favorite music player and it still supports the old winamp skins for those feeling nostalgic. It does tagging fine, not sure if there is a lyrics plugin but it does support tons of codecs and net radio streaming.

Pretty fun colony/resource game. It's a nice twist that you actually play as the computer in the ship instead of some ethereal colony director. Though it's pretty easy to start seeing your colonists as resources instead of beings you are supposed to protect, especially if you install the Asimov override chip..
