I have a theory: if computer chips are just silicon with lightning trapped inside it, tricking it to think; then batteries are just miniature spicy steam engines that make the lightning. When they pop you can see the fire and steam pouring out and they no longer work.

Oh trust me, as someone who served and still has friends serving, most of them think he is an idiot too. He was kicked out at major for a reason. Even then, major is kind of the natural Peter Principle rank in the military and it takes more than fogging up a mirror to advanced past. He did not.

While yes, there is the mentality of "that's what I would say if I got caught too!", they should have pre registered and sealed it as a valid experiment or signed some sealed affidavit to be revealed along with this statement. It would have made the impact even more impressive.

There are several models that still have it. When I bought my most recent phone it was one of my personal requirements. I think there were 6 or 7 models to choose from that were all essentially the same as any other modern phone, but had a 3.5 jack. That was a while ago, but there are still some new models rocking it. I am guessing the egg-shell foamed enclosure is for the sound, but you probably have a bunch of sound coming from the fan port, nessisary for ventilation. You can cut a lot of the sound but maintain the airflow by cutting an s-shaped ducting spanning the width of the enclosure. The shape will drop the sound, while then ducting keeps the air flowing. I would not recommend any sorts of filters to block the sound because they are a bit too restrictive for an enclosure in your style.
