Drawing of Julianne in the city of Sept-Hurlements, playing with animals.

Before this drawing, I imagined the city as a gloomy city that had a focus on being the medical heart of the kingdom as well as made by the people that built railroads across the land. I was inspired and made this city a bit more bright, with a cat theme.

I guess in a way, I could imagine the de Crixis family and their ancestors as very eccentric people. I can imagine the first ancestor that designed the city wanted to have a bit of a silly side to this land of darkness.

By extent, I guess that the kingdom of Monelia has kitty trains, those built by the de Crixis at the very least.

It's very interesting. I probably am not the best for making a comment as I'm not really skilled myself and am afraid to make a wrong feedback, but you reminded me of when I actually did some sort of tracing when I started drawing as a kid, by putting a paper on the computer screen and try to draw over the lines that way. I also had a book on "how to draw manga for noobs" on the side.

There's no issues to do some tracing, it kinda does help to study how other artists do their proportions.

It's like a sort of, going out of your way to draw something that is out of your comfort zone and understanding why it looks good.

Don't be afraid to do more, I'm sure you'll find and improve your own style on the way.

Had an idea of a drawing that came to me, and I wrote it down before it faded away like a dream.

"A drawing of a pool of blood at the bottom representing the people Three glass of wine standing on top of a pool of blood Like a social hierarchy overflow The top glass containing a skull or a guillotine Manalie Monelia smiling in shadows Her four chosen, her four killers, aiming at the top glass Because the top glass represents an end to the people at the top And colors should be mainly black and red for the background Maybe a theatre curtain or such"

I didn't really follow on the whole idea in the end. Didn't expect that I would finish drawing it, thought to myself that it looked, okayish or meh when I started.

A weird result for a weird idea.

My main antagonist in the kingdom of Asgal.

Her goal is heavily related to the Mage's Guild, so I drew her in the same background than the Lokina drawing, though, in a nearer spot.

I also wanted her appearance to be similar to Aria as she is her mother, though, could have done better at making her look a bit older.

She is Lokina's apprentice, just like Lyulu, and treats magic like a math problem. I drew magic eyes because I imagine she uses coordinates to snipe spells accurately beyond the usual range of 40m, and manages to keep the power level consistent by multi-casting her spells at least thrice.

I thought it was for Rodion for a second, saw the post again and then I realized it wasnt an upgrade for Knight of Despair Rodion.

Magical Girl Hong Lu let's go.

When I drew this character a while ago, my mind was inspired and then I found that the background was interesting. After drawing the Halloween drawing one where I put Lyulu in a picture/painting in that area, I felt like making a drawing of this place in my imagination.

At first, I drew it at dawn, but then I looked at the map I made for this kingdom and since this part of the land is west, it should actually be dusk in this perspective.

And not satisfied with how I drew the character, I will have to redraw it one day, with a more interesting outfit or such.

My main character in the kingdom of Monelia. I was pondering what her story would be about, after scrapping a previous plan I had for a story in that kingdom.

While I still don't know what to go for, I may at least retain the idea that Aria and Julianne may travel together in the kingdom of Asgal one day, and that Julianne wants to know about Aria's complicated feelings.

I wasn't feeling very good lately, so I used these feelings to shove them onto some drawings (and it made me feel better).

If I had to give a brief explanation, the first drawing would be about social anxiety, the fear of others.

The second would be about silence.

The third is an old drawing, quick drawings onto it.

The fourth. Well, hard to explain. I was pondering what theme to go for this character, maybe pondering on light and darkness as someone said to me that my art was a bit too dark and people may prefer light-hearted drawings.

It made me want to buy a book at least.

Heh, ravie d'entendre que tu as aimé. Merci beaucoup :)

A character whose story I changed many times, most recent iteration of her story is now much happier.

She doesn't feel emotions, but she reads and studies it despite the condition of her soul. She can often try to guess how people feel by looking at their facial expression, their body language.

I imagine her issues were solved at childhood by a character who is like a mother figure to her as well as one of her personal aide.

She inherited her father's passion for the human body and his medical knowledge, though her father prefers dead bodies, often leading to conversations on the topic. Many people in de Crixis may wish they don't collapse or die in front of Julianne and Edouard as a result.

I imagine reading the main character's emotions is something she finds entertaining, so, she stares at her, a lot, and may often go out of her way just to spend time with her.

City of Six-Lumières in the kingdom of Monelia.

I always imagined the land of Monelia as a very dark land, the entire land is under permanent darkness.

But, with this drawing, I started to think that maybe, it would be nice to add more colors, some variety to all this monotone palette of black and black.

If I had to draw a landscape of this city again in the future, I would probably add tables for restaurants with candles, and maybe other ideas that would flow to my mind by then.
