Announcement on Steam.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

After the Nov. 5th, 2026 Scheduled Update, we have identified an issue where a certain achievement is overly reliant on luck, while another has an unclear description that may be confusing and open to interpretation.

As such, we will be making the first Achievement easier to clear, and updating the other with a clearer description.

1. Achievement regarding the E.G.O Gift "Rebate Token" Adjusted

– Before: Clear Mirror Dungeon after triggering the Rebate Token E.G.O Gift effect 3 times in a row during a single run
– After: Clear Mirror Dungeon after triggering the Rebate Token E.G.O Gift effect for a total of 3 times during a single run

It was determined that the above achievement was far too reliant on luck and may be difficult to clear even on multiple attempts.
This was deemed unacceptable for an achievement that is a must-clear to obtain the achievement banner.

Therefore, we will be adjusting its "consecutive activation" condition to a "total activation count", making it easier to clear.

2. Shop Refresh Achievement Text Clarification

– Before: Clear Floor 10 or above in the Mirror Dungeon without using the Refresh function
– After: Clear Floor 10 or above in the Mirror Dungeon using neither the Refresh nor the Keyword Refresh functions in the shop

The previous wording could be read as including Floor Refresh. We will clarify that the condition applies only to Refresh and Keyword Refresh in Shops.

The actual completion condition will not change. Using Floor Refresh does not affect whether this Achievement is completed.

We will consider the burden imposed by RNG more carefully when designing future Achievements. We will also write their conditions more clearly to avoid confusion with other requirements.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

[Hotfix Time]
– Nov. 5th (Thu) 19:30 (KST)
– There may be a delay of approximately 10 minutes.
※ The hotfix will be applied when restarting the game and does not require a separate version update. Please note that an additional download may occur.

※ For Mirror Dungeon runs played before the hotfix, only the number of consecutive activations of the E.G.O Gift "Rebate Token" will be applied retroactively.

Example
– Before Hotfix: The "Rebate Token" effect count reset after activating 2 times in a row
– After Hotfix: Those 2 activations will be counted toward the cumulative total

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Announcement on Steam.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

We have recently identified multiple cases in which unauthorized programs were used to mass-generate new accounts for our game.

The "unauthorized programs" in question refer to programs that utilize abnormal game access methods, such as automating account creation, tutorial playthroughs, and Extractions in order to mass-generate new accounts for our game.

Such behavior may cause unexpected stress on our servers, disrupting gameplay experiences for our Managers.

Once the relevant records have been reviewed, accounts created using the aforementioned unauthorized programs may, without prior warning, be permanently restricted from accessing our game.

We will continue to improve our monitoring for similar abnormal game access records.

Thank you.

Announcement on Steam.

※ This notice contains the names of the boss and its Skills to provide detailed explanations. Please be advised that it may contain spoilers.

Hello, this is Project Moon.

Based on the results of the survey regarding the difficulty of the Floor 5 boss in the Shadowed from Main Story Chapter 10 - Part 3, which began on Oct. 2nd, certain aspects of the boss will be adjusted with the Oct. 8th Scheduled Update.

We would like to share the survey results that served as the basis for these adjustments.

Please refer to the results and details below.

[ 1. Boss Clear Rate ]

A total of 51,245 Managers participated in the survey.
Of these participants, 42,517 Managers had cleared the boss, accounting for 83% of all respondents.
According to our in-game records, 469,272 Managers had cleared the Warden-Chaplain, while 436,185 Managers had cleared The Crimson God [Adulthood].
This represents a clear rate of 92.9% among the numbers analyzed, which differs somewhat from the clear rate among survey respondents.

[ 2. Keywords Used by Managers Who Cleared the Battle ]

Most Managers attempted the battle using Burn and Tremor teams.

Our data indicates that many Managers used The House of Spiders: The Thumb Nursefather Rodion and The House of Spiders: The Thumb Apprentice Heathcliff, both added in Season 7, alongside Dawn Office Rep Gregor and Dawn Office Fixer Faust, which were added during Walpurgis Night.

[ 3. Perceived Difficulty by Phase and Power Adjustments for Additional Enemies ]

According to the survey results, most Managers considered Phase 1 to be appropriately difficult. However, respondents indicated that the battle became increasingly difficult as it progressed into its later phases.

We determined that this increase in difficulty was largely caused by the high Clash Power of the Le Rouge Senior Staff appearing alongside The Crimson God [Adulthood].

Therefore, we have adjusted the Power of the Le Rouge Senior Staff to prevent the difficulty from increasing too sharply during the latter portions of the battle.

[ 4. Further Reduction to Unbreakable Coin Damage ]

Regarding the difficulty of the Unbreakable Coins in The Crimson God [Adulthood] battle, "Somewhat Hard" received the highest share of responses at 30.1%.
Meanwhile, 25.7% of respondents selected "Very Hard", placing it slightly above "Adequate".

We determined that Managers may have found the battle somewhat difficult because, despite winning Clashes and receiving damage reduction against "La Jouissance" and other Skills whose Coins become Unbreakable Coins when the target has no Bleed, the increased damage taken due to "Decision" remained significant.

We have therefore removed the "take more damage" effect from the "Decision" Keyword and adjusted the reduction of the final damage taken provided by "Shared with Pwie".
We have also adjusted the Coin Power of certain Skills used by The Crimson God [Adulthood], while strengthening or adding damage reduction effects that activate upon Clash Lose.

[ 5. Adjustments to the Infliction Conditions and Amounts of Major Debuffs ]

Regarding the major debuffs inflicted during The Crimson God [Adulthood] battle, including "Bleed" and "L'Abject", 33.9% of respondents selected "Somewhat Hard", while 29.0% selected "Adequate".

We determined that Managers may have found the latter portions of the battle increasingly difficult because the Coins of certain Skills become Unbreakable Coins when the main target has no Bleed, and their [On Hit] Coin effects inflict both Bleed and L'Abject, resulting in increasingly high Bleed damage.

Accordingly, the conditions for inflicting Bleed and L'Abject through certain Coin effects have been changed from [On Hit] to [On Hit without Cracking]. The amount of Bleed inflicted On Hit has also been adjusted.

[ 6. Reduced Penalties Upon Performing the Mechanic and Reduced Clash Power of Mechanic-related Skills ]

Results on the perceived difficulty of the battle's mechanics and mechanic-related Skills did not differ significantly from the preceding questions, with most responses falling between "Adequate" and "Somewhat Hard".

We determined that this was because the Skills involved in performing the mechanic had high Clash Power, while the benefits gained from successfully performing the mechanic did not feel sufficiently impactful.

Based on these survey results, we have reduced the Power of the mechanic-related Skills, reduced the penalties incurred, and strengthened the benefits when successfully performing the mechanic.

[ 7. Additional Improvements ]

Among the additional adjustments requested by respondents were "limit the number of times additional attacks are triggered" and "compensate for allies' SP".

Even after successfully performing the mechanic, L'Abject could still be inflicted, triggering powerful Skills through The Crimson God [Adulthood]'s Passive, "La Moisson".

Furthermore, because there is no battle in the Shadowed between the Warden-Chaplain battle and The Crimson God [Adulthood] battle, Managers could enter the latter without having had an opportunity to restore their allied Sinners' SP. This may have made it particularly difficult to contend with the boss's high-Power Skills.

Therefore, we have added an additional condition to "La Moisson" and an effect that restores allied Sinners' SP, thereby reducing the battle's overall difficulty.

[ 8. Final Adjustments ]

Based on the responses submitted by Managers, the following adjustments will be applied with the Oct. 8th Scheduled Update.

※ Due to technical constraints, the adjustment to "La Moisson" cannot be applied immediately with the Oct. 8th Scheduled Update. Please note that it is scheduled to be applied with the next Scheduled Update on Oct. 15th.

Announcement on Steam.

Hello, this is Project Moon.
With Ver. 1.116.2 Scheduled Update, which will be deployed on Oct. 8th, 12:00 (KST), we will be implementing the following memory-related optimizations.

Please refer to the information below.

■ Improvements

  1. Main Story Chapter 10 - <Part 3> Combat / visual effects resource optimization
  • We have improved the compression method for resources in Shadowed combat, characters, E.G.O, and various other resources.
  • The affected resources will still maintain the same resolution, so it will not affect the effective visual quality.
  1. Resource reset after unique cinematic and combat resources are used
  • We have identified and fixed an issue where certain unique visual resources in Main Story Chapter 10 - <Part 3> carry over to the following scenes.
  • We have identified and fixed an issue where relevant cinematic resources after finishing an Encounter in the Shadowed would carry over to the next battle Encounter.
  1. Unnecessary resource loading removed
  • We have identified and fixed an issue where certain combat visual resources were being loaded in scenes where they weren't used.

■ Expected Results

※ These are based on the results from our internal iOS testing device with 4GB of available RAM for application usage.

  • Memory usage when continuously playing the latter part of <Part 3> will be reduced by up to approximately 15%. (Based on our internal 4GB RAM testing device, these changes reduce memory usage by approximately 300MB)
  • We expect this to reduce crashing instances in the affected sections.

The same optimization processes will be applied to AOS devices as well, and we expect this to reduce the crashing frequency by reducing the total amount of memory usage.

However, please note that results may vary depending on your device's conditions & active background processes.

■ Additional Information

  • Please note that this improvement does not guarantee that crashes won't occur in certain Encounters on devices with 4GB RAM.
We are currently implementing further optimization solutions, and will inform you as soon as they are applied.
  • If the game continues to crash repeatedly, it may help to try again after closing all other applications.
  • If the issue persists, please submit a customer service ticket with the following information included: Your device model, the area in the game where the crash occurs, and a screenshot to help us identify the exact issue.

We will continue to implement optimization solutions to improve stability on mobile platforms.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
