Robots and autonomous vehicles need legal framework where the owners are criminally responsible for them.

I wonder if they float? Based on the propensity for drunks throwing hire scooters in rivers...

won't see us coming ... won't hear us coming, but we'll be there in the air watching your every move".

Sounds seedy as fuck. Presumably we won't hear and see these peeping Toms jerking it because they will be km away with the first person goggles on peering through bathroom windows and at swimming pools.

My job trialled azure cloud PCs a couple of years ago.

It was pretty good from my point of view as a user.

However the cost was higher than $8000 laptops we have, so we didn't adopt it.

Wonder if it's still the same. Guessing the cloud is still suffering the same hardware price hike anyway.

It's not like they have never produced anything like this before though. I guess they are more famous for the likes of badadan and backbone.

They have quite a few tracks with big melodies and female vocals for example: Time, Say the word, hurt you, Count on me, mixed emotions, take me away.

Looking for advice on which distro to try out for what I suspect is not a common use case.

I want to use my personal laptop to connect to my work PC running windows 11. My laptop is a pugged in to a couple of screens via a dock. The company I work for uses Citrix workspace and RDP for this purpose.

So far I have had a go with Mint 22.3 / Cinnamon and had a lot of trouble with Multi monitors. Best I can do is run the remote session windowed and have it dragged over two screens. This is not adequate by any means. Even getting the connection bar to appear in cinnamon is a nightmare of hitting atl and F10 and hoping it happens.

I've also added KDE plasma to my mint install. So far it is more reliable at getting RDP window to restore so I can drag it over 2 screens, however still no luck with full screen across all screens.

Does anyone else use citrix workspace from linux over multiple screens in full screen mode successfully?

Can't make this shit up, reality is beyond satire at this point.

This is the same media talking head who argued against Labor's fibre to the premises national broadband network. Who then brown noses NBN execs to get his own house upgraded to Fibre as a higher priority than anyone else.

Copper for thee, fibre for me.

What the hell happened to the federal ICAC anyway. Still waiting for all the politicians who spent billions buying back Telstra's rotten copper to go to jail.
