Western winter if you're into alliteration
See, this is just "no, u" again
Cue the wikipedia link lmao
Article a cited as a source for article b which is cited as a source for article c which is cited by article a and so on. That counts as proof somehow.
I shit myself and then you scrunched up your nose. Heh, how predictable. I'm so smart.
A ton of people, mainly leftist, have an issue where their ideology starts and ends at “AMERICA BAD”
Lmao. Nah, that's the (obviously, painfully true) statement where you already stop listening because you don't want to admit it's true without a thousand caveats. I've never met a socialist who couldn't elaborate, rightly or wrongly, in their many issues with political systems they support, let alone those they don't.
To the untrained eye indeed. Horseshoe theory is the go to for anyone too lazy to try to actually learn anything about history or politics that's not drip fed by their corporate overlords.
"No u"
Fantastic display of rhetoric
And depending on the comm, the challenge might get deleted asap. You know, like reddit.
As I understand it, a recurring issue is that patients do not often change the underlying causes for their obesity, which is poor diet and a lack of physical activity. They lose weight, but it's as a result of decreased appetite and the nausea they get when they binge, but once they start losing weight they see no reason (or lack any motivation) to do any weight training or cardio.
Not saying that's the case, obviously, but muscle loss when you go on a deficit is expected.
Animal farm made me a trot until I read a bit of actual history and political texts and by the end of the year I was a materialist kind of Marxist. Consider doing that.
Lemmitor is used derogatively, the point is precisely to highlight how a bunch of users left reddit but try to shape Lemmy into exactly the sort of place they left (or were kicked out of) starting with its worst aspects. It's mostly used to describe a user who engages in annoying redditisms such as that obnoxious John Oliver kind of shallow, terminally ironic outlook on politics.
