I clearly mean that the more people (both sellers and buyers) do this crap, the worse it becomes.

Lazy people who want to avoid studying in college have been being taken advantage of since the beginning of academia. Adding AI doesn't change anything, humanity's knowledge has survived lazy students and fake notes it can survive fabricated notes.

    ...making people study on potential AI slop which will compound over the years and that will result in a degradation of the humans’ knowledge on the topic

    Someone really needs to stop your friend before they destroy the sum total of human knowledge with their beer hustle.

    It's the process of making art that's what's important and fulfilling, not the end product.

    Unless, of course, I don't approve of your process in which case you're a talentless hack.

    Pretty much sums up the argument.

    One one hand, I'm glad Steam isn't abusing their market position and treats customers well.

    On the other hand, why are our rules and laws setup such that it is impossible to compete with a company which has a de-facto monopoly on a service.

    If you're trying to play Death Stranding 2 and are getting this error. This is due to something with the DX12 -> Vulkan DirectX Raytracing translation (DXR) layer.

    In order to have the game launch, disable it by adding to your launch options:

    VKD3D_CONFIG=nodxr

    This will disable raytracing and revert to rasterization. Wayland/HDR work fine.
