I like how specific the tagline is. This is his greatest performance specifically in Bucharest. He might have done better elsewhere, but that’s not what we’re interested in right now.

If you want comms, you need teamplay.

If you want teamplay you go milsim.

I’ve been playing a bit of Arma Reforger lately. Played a bunch of Squad in the past.

Squad has its comms organised better.

If you can afford it, please pay for Factorio. It’s an incredible game if you love automation and tinkering.

If you can’t, then you weren’t going to buy it anyway and it’s genuinely one of my favourite games ever. Do your thing.

He was not a cryptographic savant. His first codes were broken in a week, his latter stood up to scrutiny because they had encoding errors, so any attempt to decrypt using the intended method would fail.

They thought they were the smartest person, so they tried to show off by publishing ‘clues’. All they did was show the world they can’t spell.

And the misspelling of words also adds an unintended layer of difficulty to solving the cypher.

In relation to the notes taking effort away from boots on the ground, I don’t think so. The beat cops don’t go down to the lab and do blood work themselves, so I doubt they went to the crypto lab to decode messages.

Did a bit of poking around, looking up errors on the dash and such. His battery seems to be past due for replacement.

The car’s system would turn on, but the error message was talking about the anti-collision braking system being offline. Trying to start it and it would barely turn over.

Looked at the battery connectors and the positive have a chunk of corrosion on it.

He lives next door to a dealership, so should be easy to replace.
