Blanket is all done. 100 granny squares (3 rows dc with 4th row hdc), joined with a zipper join, and a sc plus dc border. Final measurements are 42 x 42 inches. I'm not sure but I want to say it took me two months since I was working on this during the July Sumo Basho.
I am a grown ass woman and this image still scares the shit out of me like it did when I was little.
I feel called out.
It should be about 41x41 inches when done. I try to stay around 40x40 inches so these can be used as wheelchair or lap blankets for my donation group. The group does ask for twin sized projects too for things like dialysis or hospice but I find that this acrylic yarn gets extremely heavy at that size.
I finally made it to 90 out of 100 squares for this blanket. I got 10 squares left and then I can start joining everything. This project hasn't taken me as long as I thought but at least I have the next blanket already lined up.
I'm really glad it wasn't a bird too.

So the movie Dog Soldiers is a favorite popcorn movie that has female werewolf in it. On a more serious note the book Moondance by Sumtow is an amazing novel that delves into so many different themes and folklore surrounding werewolves. It's one of my favorite novels.
I genuinely have no idea why everyone thinks that robots are going to completely replace people. Machines need money, upkeep, and people babysitting them too. Automation only changes the types of jobs and skills needed, it doesn't eliminate human jobs completely.
