Serious: there will be no replacement. FOM only owes broadcasters 22 races per year.

Serious with a sprinkle of fantasy :)
I'd say stay in Japan and go to Tsukuba and make it a special weekend where they try out reverse grid (fastest qualifier starts last etc).
After that stay in the Asia region and race at Mandalika in Lombok, Indonesia!
As has already been stated, it's been confirmed there will be no replacements (at least for these races - we return to the middle east in the fall and those probably will have to get replaced to fulfill the broadcast quota).
But if we are allowed to pipe dream the Sepang would be cinema, although realistic drop replacements are probably Imola, Portimao and Istanbul (although the latter might also be too close to the danger zone).
Germany
edit: Hockenheimring
Sepang
Any of the circuits, but run in reverse
Semi serious - go back to imola again this year. I get that it takes a while to plan stuff but at least it's a reasonably quick turn around to get it started up again.
Fantasy: Greenland, on a glacier course. Gonna want special tires for this one.
Portimao, Sepang.. it would also be nice to once again see F1 in India or Korea. Hell, lets do a Demon Hunters themed GP in Korea!
