    What he's doing is trying to bring production back to CA from Canada, where they have bigger production tax credits and employ thousands, paying CDN $.

    etc. All filmed in Canada. all near me. Right now there are so many California plates driving around for a movie production of The Bell Jar with Billie Eilish. This is $10B in economic activity every year that was once all in California.
