Oh no. Do you get migraines? That sounds a lot like the visual disturbance that comes before a migraine. Like a colorful something between you and whatever you are trying to look at?

I am no medical professional but having any kind of hallucination "a lot" is concerning. Please talk to your doctor about it.
i dont talk to doctors, sorry, but thanks <3.
Any reason why?
im scared they will do this/that if i tell them something wrong
Please do. People normally do not have ANY hallucination of any kind unless they consume psychedelic drugs.
The only time I ever hallucinated, it was just intense paradolia made even more intense by the weed I was smoking watching the wind rustle a tree into the faces of Optimus Prime, Satan, Cthulu, and other random characters I recognized.
Only non-drug hallucinations I've experienced were tied to extended time without sleep due to mania from bi-polar. Didn't see that, however.
Then no, I do not relate. Do you have a family history of anything like this? Has this been going on for a while? Are you staying hydrated?
I highly doubt many people are going to see the exact same thing. Also if you have sleep paralysis then you have been sleeping. Why do you call it a hallucination rather than a dream?
Just in general? Or when looking at a plain wall or sky?
What colour is the background? How clearly/blurrily and vividly can you see the tesseract? Is it in your mind's eye or your actual field of vision?
