It makes me sad when I see people in community describing themselves as a "transwomen" instead of trans women.

It's a word made up by TERFs and other transphobes to differentiate between cis or as they would say,

'phobic language
"normal"
women, and transgender women.

"Trans" is short for transgender, an adjective modifying the noun "women." Hence, it should be two words, trans women. Same as tall woman or short woman, not tallwoman or shortwoman.

But that does bring up an interesting question, in order of adjectives, should it be Black Trans Women or Trans Black Woman? The first sounds better to me but what do I know?
