What docker apps can my friend install at her house to receive my Duplicati files for off-site backup? preferably with a GUI. (startrek.website)

I assumed we could both run Duplicati, connect over Tailscale and bing bong boom, send files back and forth. But Dupicati only allows uploads and only to its cloud service, not to other Dupicati instances.

Requirements: Needs to be docker, preferably something with a Web GUI. My friend is not tech savvy and I am not physically close enough to help troubleshoot.

PS- I am not committed to Dupicati it just is the most recommended. I'm open to anything simple and encrypted!

Thanks, the plan is to give her a hard drive and USB enclosure. I'll check out SFTPGo, are there any docker apps that serve as an easy S3 bucket?

EDIT: SFTPGo looks great I just tested it out and it's very simple, thanks for the recommendation!
