It's not even Kebap pizza, it's a traditional Turkish dish, called Lamakhun (spelling? ) that probably predates pizza. It's often called Turkish pizza, so that people unaware of the dish can understand the style.

Nah, i had actual pizza dough with the ingredients that would normally go into a Döner Kebap. I know about that turkish dish, but that dough is very different to the one used in italian pizza.

Lahmacun, with the c pronounced as a j, consistent with Turkish orthography (the c with a squiggle under it is a different sound, pronounced ch).
