Residents are sending a clear message about the violent deportations taking place across the US this midterm cycle

Minnesota voters left “I Voted” stickers on memorial sites for Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good, the two US citizens killed by federal immigration officials earlier this year.

Pretti, a 37-year-old intensive care unit nurse at the Veterans Affairs medical center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Good, a writer and mother of three, were killed during a large-scale immigration enforcement operation in the Minneapolis region in January.

Donald Trump’s aggressive and violent mass deportation campaign has been a key issue for voters across the country during this midterm cycle, and has played a large part in Minnesota’s election.

I shouldn’t have to preface this by saying I don’t support Putin. Russia would have been way better off as USSR without capitalist reforms that led to Putin being in power. The Ukrainian government let fascist militias into thier actual military. There are pictures of Zelensky posing proudly with Swastika flags. I’m sorry but I do not support that and I never ever will, no matter how many times you tell me to “shut the fuck up” I’m not supporting your Neo-Nazi armies with my money.

I forgot Lemmy gets real pissed when you mention not supporting Nazis…

The fact you actually believe those images are authentic says everything about your sources and your politics.

Here is one he posted himself, in the video at 25 seconds in. That symbol is called a Wolfsangel, it is used in this context as a white supremacist nationalist symbol akin to the Swastika.

I know there are fake ones, but there isn’t anything to be proud of open fascist imagery and Ukraine is letting them take over the military
