What happens if I actually tried to claim you/yours pronouns (assuming I managed to convince anyone I was doing it in good faith)?

one of three things, depending on who you're talking to - either they'd use it with some awkwardness at first, but after repeated use it'd get easier. Or they'd default to they/them (ideally) or gendered pronouns based on your appearance. (much less ideally)

But this type of thing isn't something people commonly do, even among those who use neopronouns, and doesn't make much sense as a gender identity, so the convincing would be the hard part.

I've been thinking about calling into one of those debate shows that asks for your pronouns and then makes fun of people who don't know what pronouns are. When they asked for my pronouns, I'd say I/me. When they asked what to call me, I'd switch to you/you. When they specified third person pronouns, I'd accuse them of wanting to talk about me behind my back. Just be as frustrating as possible without technically being wrong. I feel like it would be a fun break in between all of the flat earthers, racists, antivaxxers, and so on.
