fascism is on the rise around the globe, climate change will take down civilization in the next 10-20 years, and even if we took down capitalism overnight, there would probably not be enough resources left for a controlled descent.

Focus on the here, now, and your community, however you can. Be kind to yourself, know that most of this is out of your hands, so do what you can for those around you and deal with the troubles as they come.
