As I already said, a guitar tech can bring it back to its original state for free or a small fee in a matter of minutes. If you refuse to play it instead then its on you.

    You watched too many tik toks and evidently never had a guitar looked by a tech: 200$ is gonna get you at best a couple hours of work and a new set of strings.
    Anything else is just an articulate fantasy to hide the fact you got rage baited by a 4chan post like a noob.

    Not really the same thing at all as my car cost $1000s of dollars and is a necessity for making a living. Although I would still be POed if someone took it to a shop without my consent as I am more than capable of changing the bulbs myself and taking it to a shop risks having the FNG screw something up. Also unlikely they’re gonna return the old bulb to you in case you want to put it back. So no, it’s not reversible.

    A guitar I found in the trash is very different. It cost me nothing but the time and effort I put into fixing it up. Time and effort that has now been nullified by having a professional redo it. It’s not my effort that brought this thing back from being garbage anymore, it’s this other guy that got paid to take over my work.
