From what I understand he is having someone else post for him though phone calls he makes in jail.

Unless it is his lawyer- what? Our jail gives a minute a day for social calls, but that might just be our two tier criminal Justice System at work. If it is his lawyer - what? Passing social media posts is the kind of thing a Judge should DDT your entire life over.
