Catodon is a new Sharkey/Misskey fork (Edit: sadly with AI code contributions).

For now, Catodon is a part of the Threadiverse at the same degree as Mastodon. At this moment it allows following/subscribing a community only.

    Doesn't Mbin also support Mastodon?

On Lemmy/Piefed I've only ever subscribed to communities.

Lemmy has comically bad integartion with Mastodon. I tried to make a template with some basic rules to only post once, but this approach was no where near close to being viable.
