Get computer duster spray, mask off the area around the mole with duct tape, invert the can and spray the propellant which will freeze it and substantially reduce its size.

edit: clear the area of hair and oil, use a hole-puncher to make the duct tape mask. I've done this for warts, facial blemishes, those raised lip things... etc. Clean the area, use basic sanitation practices. Don't pick-at or hassle the layer that scabs over and replenishes. Don't go hog-wild with the freezing - try a smaller amount first and give it a week to see how it responds. That propellant is no toy
