I think the more nefarious implication here (if he can get people to bite into this) is that if all it takes is to remove a piece of skin to "mAkE tHe aUtIsM" then they can next argue that people that have been crippled, or had limbs amputated are less than whole and have mental "diseases" as well.

On a less serious note...Is he going to physically prove he's not autistic?
